A Letter to our New Luxury Condominium and Townhouse Buyers

Aug 27, 2018

A Letter to our New Luxury Condominium and Townhouse Buyers Welcome to S. Florida! Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and hopefully get a chance to show you the best of Ft. Lauderdale! I’ve lived in “The Venice of America” for 20 years now and let’s just say there has always been great appeal for a first or second residence here; however, with the latest tax laws and international developer interest, Fort Lauderdale has become the strongest and most beautiful that I have ever seen it.

Downtown Luxury Opportunities in Fort Lauderdale

Aug 27, 2018

What makes a good investment? A quick answer in real estate would be one’s hope to find a Seller who needs to sell and will take a loss compared to neighboring residences in order to get the deal done. As a matter of fact, one top question we ask when touring with our buyers is “Why is your client selling?” This simple answer can help us gage the motivation compared to other options and can push the buyer to make an offer when investment is top of mind.

The Skyline is growing - where are you invested in South Florida's future?

Feb 26, 2016

Despite the fears of over-saturation occurring in South Florida (again), investor gurus are intelligently taking advantage of what South Florida has to offer. Whether it's better incentives in Miami's new luxury condo market or the best priced beachfront homes Fort Lauderdale has offered in a long time, there is no holding back buyers from submitting their dream offer for paradise.

Luxury Condo Market in Fort Lauderdale is on the Rise!

Jan 05, 2015

As a local, I constantly ask myself how Fort Lauderdale is not overran with new residents. Of course we have beautiful beaches and warm weather year-round, but the bonuses that people seem to miss astonish me. For instance, if you live in a large city, you experience heavy depressing traffic. Fort Lauderdale traffic is quite the opposite consisting of palms trees, joggers, and an easy stop to Starbucks with only a few people in line.  Another benefit that people tend to not consider are our views, especially from our luxury condominiums. Waking up to waves crashing and the sunlight peering in your bedroom window is the most motivation anyone could ask for in starting his/her day. It's the FIRST thing I miss when I visit my family in Indiana.

319 Coconut Isle offers history to Fort Lauderdale's famous waterways!

Oct 06, 2014

Florida Luxurious Properties proudly presents a piece of history for Las Olas Isles.  319 Coconut Isle Drive is not just your ordinary 1920s Florida home. Along with it's neighborly original homes here in South Florida, 319 Coconut Isle features soaring ceilings, added space, and larger bedrooms; however, there's something a little more special about this traditionally decorated Las Olas Isles home. In the early 1920s, a lot of farmers were coming to explore the lush landscaping that Fort Lauderdale so greatly offered. One of these farmers, a coconut farmer from the islands, decided to build his home as close to the beach as he possibly could. This farmer was the first to build his home on this road and when it came time to name the street, what better than "Coconut Isle"?! Today, this street name still holds the memory of this first settler and the current home owner has a lot of the history documented to transfer with the sale of their home, not to mention a an honorary plaque from Fort Lauderdale's Society Scene.
