Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and hopefully get a chance to show you the best of Ft. Lauderdale!


I’ve lived in “The Venice of America” for 20 years now and let’s just say there has always been great appeal for a first or second residence here; however, with the latest tax laws and international developer interest, Fort Lauderdale has become the strongest and most beautiful that I have ever seen it.


We were recently named one of Forbe’s most desirable cities for investment and lifestyle. Evidence of the investment appeal lies in our international development from Four Seasons and Auberge and local development such as 100LasOlas, The Aquas, and The Gale. In addition, our Northeast and Midwest buyer population has surged since tax season with the recognition of what’s to come next year as they sit across from their accountants. Added with the confidence of new development, consumers now have more reason to consider Ft. Lauderdale home.


Don’t believe me? Auberge is almost completely sold out and is starting to close September 2018. Four Seasons, just released December 2018, is almost 50% sold in less than one year. On the market for the same time as Four Seasons, 100LasOlas is 30% sold. 100LasOlas will be the tallest building in Fort Lauderdale and is already constructed above the 20th floor!


For boaters and more permanent residents, our waterfront townhomes are quite appealing.
